It is increasingly difficult to persuade young people to participate in today’s politics. And sometimes it’s not their fault, but the fault of the system and the government. They made it difficult for them to be motivated to participate in politics. However, as youth, we must not allow this to take over our minds. Regardless of whether our government is corrupt, we must always stand up for ourselves.
Some argue that we should not run in the upcoming elections because of what they did not get when they voted years ago. We say we don’t want to participate because nothing will change. We say we don’t want to participate because we already know who will win.Every young person’s mind.

Some argue that we should not run in the upcoming elections because of what they did not get when they voted years ago. We say we don’t want to participate because nothing will change. We say we don’t want to participate because we already know who will win.
But what if that’s not the case? What if this year, next month, or tomorrow is not the same as yesterday? What if this is the breakthrough we’ve been searching for? Participate in the elections. Even in silence, make your voice heard. Don’t accept anything less. Consider all the young people who are thinking the same things you are. Consider all the young people who claim that even if we vote, our votes will not be counted. Consider all the young people who are planning to leave their country even during election season to avoid voting because they believe there will be no change. We share the same outlook. There are thousands of us. Let us try once more to change that mindset.
For once, let us get down on our knees and tell God that we are tired. Let us put our trust in him. This year, hour, day, and month, let us vote differently. Let us accompany it with a word of prayer and see if it doesn’t change anything.
Let us focus on who we want to be tomorrow and become the future of today, not tomorrow. Our future begins right now.
