Can you tell us a bit about your background and how and why you are motivated to do this interview with us at such a young age?

My name is Simbarashe Madanhire iam 20yrs old. Iam a, ambitious person who want to know much about his environment especially in the political sector… Iam associated with change and i want to change the livelihoods of the youths through empowerment.

I am a curious person so I want to know much about you through joining your organization and i hope u will help me.

How do you overcome challenges and setbacks in your own life?


In life you have to be positive all the time so that you can overcome all the challenges and setbacks…. My mind is a strong gun that I use . But sometimes its hard.


You are a Political Science student. What made you choose this program and what is your goal in relation to what you are studying at school?


This program succumb to many opportunities in life one can become political aware of his rights….. Relations or even helps other people who are not politically conscious


Can you share with us one of the most memorable experiences you’ve ever had that transformed your life that is maybe after attending a motivational meeting or session that intrigued your passions.


I attended one of the serminal where they were discussing about the nature of politics in Zimbabwe and its boarders this triggered everyone in the room. Us as students we were able to relate to our political matrix…. This change my perspective… The way i used to see thing changed and it helped me in my daily life


What do you believe is the key to success, and how do you strive to inspire others to achieve their goals?

One of the keys to being successful in life is to master the art of self-discipline. To do this, think about it as a key to the results you would like to have.


Can you tell us about any upcoming projects or initiatives you have in the works?

Usually I learnt in the rural areas for my form six so I wish one day i will go back to my community school and deliver something and to politically equip young mind.


Projects so, far I want to work on distribution of questionnaires in the rural areas buh lack of funds.


Can you share any tips or advice for young people looking to make a positive impact in their communities?


To all young people out there who want to make an impact I want to say work hard and those late night sleeps will pay up one day… Change is coming
